Origin and essence
If we think of adventure and exploration, nature is it’s temple. For us, walking in the mountains is to return home. To remember that nature is always a school, an open, living book, vital to all human beings.
To enter nature is to rediscover that in the hidden mountain valleys where rivers are born, harmony, tranquillity and an almost innate sense of connection can also arise.
Paradoxically, in today’s society the fast pace of city life surrounds us, taking us away from what is essential. We have almost ceased to feel the profoundly transformative power of nature.

Genuine adventure
Wild style, we go where others don’t go, where they haven’t thought it possible to go. We prefer to go to remote, silent corners, where you can breathe wildness and tranquillity. We are fortunate to have untouched and authentic places protected close by, places where human presence is scarce and people are still just visitors.
We want to accompany you to learn together. Our approach is bio-creative and experiential exploration, based on observation, contemplation, deep immersion and discovery. In short, living a true spirit of adventure and respect.
We create our own routes, we choose where to go. Where conditions allow, we follow faint traces, tracking the paths walked by animals, amongst the vegetation, in harmony with the fragrant languages of the forest.Aventura genuina
Our environmental vision
We start from a radical premise of respect, care and love for nature. For us it seems that sharing our knowledge of the mountains and nature, whilst going on an excursion together, is a good way to discover and explore these natural spaces.
We create a symbiosis that enables a close and balanced connection with nature. Such experiences cultivate a sensitive awareness that helps us to better understand why we should take care of nature and create healthy and sustainable relationships with mother earth.
At MUCUTERRA we work respectfully and we want to ensure that when carrying out activities in natural and rural environments we are not inadvertently repeating the same patterns of harm that we are trying to change.
We know that our relationship with our environment is changing and we want to be part of that change with you.

ENRIQUE COLMENARES
Since I was a child, my life path has been linked to natural and rural environments. My passion for the mountains and my taste for rural life was acquired while growing up in the countryside, deep in the mountains, in a small village in the Venezuelan Andes.
Many great experiences have arisen and continue to arise for me in the mountains. It all began during my university years when I participated in the ecological hiking group GREXECO. This gave me a whole new perspective on the mountains. It was at that time that the project Escalando Latinoamérica was born, of which I was co-founder and coordinator, while at the same time a mountaineer.
I value the teachings and knowledge that people transmit to me, this, combined with an innate curiousity, has led me to live my life in constant movement.
Mountains and nature are more than just a passion. They are a school and a philosophy of life for me. My desire to share this knowledge is the main reason why I am here now, taking part in the creation of MUCUTERRA.

As a good Aragonese person, at first with my family and later on with friends I spent time outdoors, there in the Pyrenees. The influence of those moments has never left me. You grow up with it and it’s part of you.
I’m active and sporty by definition. The natural environment has always been the principle reason, motivation and support to move myself, thus creating an intimate and lifelong relationship to nature.
Being restless, not at all purist and more of a mountain dweller than a mountaineer, I decided to immerse myself in mountain life simply for the pleasure of belonging there, moving freely, going deeper and discovering more. To possess the capacity for absorption.
I admire, appreciate, respect and drink from nature’s waters. To continue growing is what we are here for.
