What if we’re late for the activity start or shuttle pickup?
We’re generally flexible with starting times, but we kindly ask you to be as punctual as possible.
If you’re late for the return shuttle pickup, we offer a 15-minute courtesy wait. After that, a waiting fee of 5€/hour/person (proportionally calculated) will be charged due to delayed logistics and impact on other scheduled activities. If we can’t reach you and you’re not at the pickup point, the van will continue its route. We’ll pick you up as soon as possible when we reconnect. If you know you’re running late, please call us in advance so we can try to reschedule the pickup time or location.
We always try to be flexible—this is your leisure time—but good planning helps us serve you better.
Can you pick us up when we call or change the pickup time?
On quiet days, we can often personalize your pickup time, as long as we agree on it beforehand.
If you want a custom pickup time, call us ahead to check availability. If you want to change the pickup time during your ride, just call us—we’ll see what’s possible and reorganize everything if we can.
